Being grounded in my values, pursuing my passions to make the biggest impact where I can and improving the health and wellness of the people I serve, having a thirst for knowledge and learning, taking risks

Not having enough faith in my intuition

Pay attention to your whole self (physical, mental and spiritual wellness)
